This means to give all you got when you perform your exercises, doing them in short sets.

The idea is to make your body work hard for a short while, stopping just to catch your breath a little between your exercise sets.

Intense training will increase your heart rate and metabolism and will help you burn more calories than in a regular training session.

Also, do not forget to drink plenty of water.
